Water that teleports you when you drink it

"was in a bad gileadian society. could pick up objects and say “track” and they would leave my hand and hit someone. if i said “target” all the bad people would light up red. there was this weird type of water that was viscous and tasted terrible that if you drank it you’d get transferred somewhere else and have a different appearance so the bad people couldn’t find you."
